Shipping policy

 

At Scenticized, we strive to provide our customers with fast and reliable shipping. Most of our product are delivered within 7 days.

Fulfillment + Shipping = Estimated Delivery

  1. Fulfillment time

    All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your orderconfirmation email.

    Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

    If we experience a high volume of orders or face delays, we will notify you via email regarding your order status.

  2. Shipping time

    Our average shipping time is 4 business days depending on the order’s destination.

    USA: 3-8 business days
    Canada: 6-12 business days
    EU: 3-8 business days
    World: 5-12 business days

  3. Shipment Tracking

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your order on the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

  4. Shipping Address Changes

    Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you need to make changes to your shipping address, contact us immediately at shipping@scenticized.com. We cannot change the shipping address once your order has been processed or shipped.

  5. Lost or Stolen Packages

    Scenticized.com is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. However, if your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@scenticized.com, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

  6. Delayed or Damaged Shipments

    If your order arrives damaged or is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@scenticized.com with your order details. We will assist you in resolving the issue or offer a replacement.

  7. Shipping Restrictions

    At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain
    countries. You will be notified at checkout if your address is not eligible for shipping.
